WBsignature offers a return/refund within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return/refund of any kind. Refunds will be made upon our receipt of the item to ensure it is in the same condition as it was prior to purchase. All returns must be preauthorized and sent prepaid.
